One route, and a person at the end of it. Write to us about anything — the app misbehaving, your subscription, your data, or an account that will not open — and you will hear back.
Both reach the same inbox. You do not need an account, and you do not need to be signed in.
If your date of birth went in wrong
Eira is built for adults, 18 and over, and it asks for your date of birth once, when you first open it. That answer is kept and cannot be edited in the app — which means a mistyped year can stop an adult from getting in, with nothing in the app to undo it. Nothing about that is your fault, and it is fixable. Write to us.
What to tell us

The right date. Say that the date of birth on your account is wrong, and tell us what it should be.

Whatever points at the account. The Apple Account you signed in with, an address any Eira mail has reached you at, roughly when you created it. If you used Apple's Hide My Email, say so — that address is a relay we cannot search on, so we will go by something else rather than pretend it is a key.

Anything else you can show us. We work with what you have rather than insisting on one particular proof, and we will ask only where there is genuine doubt.
What happens then
A person reads it and a person decides — not the check that stopped you. If the date is wrong we correct it and your account opens. If you are under 18 we will tell you so plainly rather than leave you waiting: Eira is calibrated on adult references, so a version for under-18s is a separate thing to build properly rather than a switch to flip.
In the meantime nothing of yours is stranded. The screen that stopped you can still export everything Eira holds about you, and can still delete the account outright — both stay open whether or not the age check ever passes. The reasoning behind the check, and your right to have a human look at it, are in the Privacy Policy.

Something in the app is broken
Tell us what you were doing, what happened instead, and roughly when. Your iPhone model and iOS version help, and so does whether an Apple Watch was involved. A screenshot is welcome; a photograph of your dinner is not needed to explain a bug.

Your data
Export, correction and deletion all live in the app's own settings, and being signed in is the strongest proof of identity there is. If you cannot sign in, ask us instead — legal@eira.coach or the contact form. We will not send you round in a circle when the thing you cannot do is sign in.

Subscriptions and billing
Apple takes the payment, so Apple holds the controls: cancel any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone, and ask Apple for a refund through the App Store. We cannot cancel or refund for you. The 7-day trial asks for no card and charges nothing at any point; what each plan costs is in the Terms.

Privacy, legal and security
Requests and reports go to legal@eira.coach, and a person reads that one too. The documents are the Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use and the Consumer Health Data Policy.
If it is urgent
Support is a mailbox read by a person during ordinary hours, not a clinical or emergency service. If you need urgent help, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line in your country — those are answered around the clock, and this inbox is not.
